Real Luck Group adds online casino to revamped betting platform

Real Luck Group, trading as Luckbox, has launched an online casino as part of a revolutionary betting platform, complementing its existing esports and sports betting offering.

Luckbox Casino, which is now live, offers in-play betting on a range of major esports, in addition to live streaming capabilities for its customers. This is part of the company’s growth strategy to take advantage of the expanding global online casino market, which is currently worth $135 billion and growing at a rate of 3.5% per year.

Thomas Rosander, CEO of Luckbox, said: “Most of our efforts this year have been focused on recalibrating our next-generation betting platform. The rollout of the online casino marks the most important and first visible step in this process and we achieved it before the end of the year… We will continue to iteratively improve our exclusive products as we strive to provide a superior betting experience for the next generation of players.”

Addressing the company’s future strategy, Rosander said, “Now that this major effort is complete, we are able to focus on our growth strategy. We plan to expand our player acquisition efforts across all of our sportsbook, sportsbook and online casino verticals early in the new year and look forward to sharing relevant KPIs with investors soon.

The group also announced that it has granted 4,650,000 stock options to be made available to directors, employees and consultants, which will be exercisable over a period of three years.

The announcements capped a busy period for the company, which last week named William Moore as its new chief financial officer.
