SOFTSWISS upgrades its online casino game aggregator with VIP support

Online gaming software provider SOFTSWISS has announced that it has recently upgraded its gaming aggregator’s B2B support services to now handle VIP customer inquiries.

The company said its aggregation platform’s recently upgraded support system is configured to adhere to the principles previously implemented to provide the “the best, most transparent and highest quality service for all customers.”

SOFTSWISS rolled out its B2B customer support service last year. Following its recent updates, it will now include several priority queues for support tickets, these being labeled urgent, VIP customer requests and regular requests.

Generally speaking, B2B agents will triage urgent tickets first, including suspected fraud and betting checks from the game provider. Requests from VIP customers are ranked second, followed by all other regular requests.

Via its helpdesk, the B2B Support team’s mission is to constantly improve the quality and speed of service. SOFTSWISS explained that, on average, repeat customers receive a first response to their inquiries within an hour. VIP customers will now be able to receive the first response much sooner as they will be considered an express priority.

Complete resolution of a case depends on its complexity, but SOFTSWISS noted that the majority of issues reported by customers are solved the same day or the next day. VIP queue requests will be handled by the most experienced B2B support agents, the company promised.
